     The « chicon » and its culinary traditions.
               In our Belgium, this vegetable which is called “endive” can be found in different
               dishes for the pleasure of our taste buds. Here are some examples:

               « chicon » leaves shrimp (as appetizers)      chicory salad
               Braised chicory                               Chicory soup
